The Henry County Fiscal Court met in a special session on June 25, 2008 at the Judge Executive’s Office in New Castle, Kentucky with the following in attendance:

Honorable Peggy V. Bryant, Deputy Judge Executive
Honorable Virginia Harrod, County Attorney
Esquire Jerry Beasley
Esquire Mike Fisher
Esquire Wayne Gunnell
Esquire Nick HawkinsEsquire David Brown/Absent
Esquire Guy Coombs/Absent
RE: CALL TO ORDER
Judge Executive John L. Brent called the meeting to order.
RE: SUSPENSION OF MINUTES
Upon motion by Esq. Beasley and seconded by Esq. Hawkins, it is ordered by the Court to suspend with the reading and approval of the minutes from the June 17, 2008 meeting.
Motion carried unanimously
RE: COUNTY ROAD AID PUBLIC HEARING
The County Road Aid Public Hearing was held. No comments as no one from public present.
RE: LGEA PUBLIC HEARING
The LGEA Public Hearing was held. No comments as no one from public present.
RE: ADJOURN
Upon motion by Esq. Gunnell and seconded by Esq. Fisher, it is ordered by the Court to adjourn and each Magistrate, the Judge Executive and the County Attorney shall receive a typed copy of these minutes prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
